Dresden’s Industrial Development Board received a grant of over $865,000 for water infrastructure at a Dresden Pad Ready Site.
This grant is part of the Rural Economic Opportunity Act, which provides funding to improve the economies of Tennessee’s rural communities.
The Industrial Development Board of Crockett County was awarded over 1.6 million dollars for property grading at the Crockett County Industrial Park.
Benton County’s Industrial Development Board was awarded over a million dollars for the acquisition of the Gateway to West Tennessee property.
Thirteen Tennessee sites received the Site Development Grant, totaling over 13 million dollars.
