
Tennessee’s agricultural fairs were recently recognized in Murfreesboro.
The Fairs Merit Awards took place at the 104th Tennessee Association of Fairs Convention from January 15th thru 17th.
During 2025, nearly three million visitors attended county, regional and state fairs across the state, supporting livestock, farm crops, competitions and education displays.
Fifty fairs received the Award of Merit for excellence in agriculture, education, community participation, programs and appearance.
The White County Fair was name the 2025 State Champion of Champions Fair.
In Division A, the Benton County Fair was named State Champion, with the Hardin County Fair named State Champion in Division 2A.
The Obion County Fair was awarded the “Most Improved Award” in Division 2A.
