Three former Martin City Hall employees including the Mayor have been granted an extension to prepare for the hearing on charges of misappropriation and other charges.
Circuit Judge Jeff Parham approved an extension to former Martin Mayor Randy Brundige, his daughter Natalie and former Community Development Director Brad Thompson.
All three were in the courtroom as lawyers worked through new evidence that had only been presented a week ago.
The next appearance for the three charged will be in Weakley County Circuit Court May 26th at 9 am.
