The Union City School System has named their “Teachers of the Year”.
During the monthly school board meeting on Monday, Lindsey Beth Atkins, Jessica Flood and Kelly Hutchens were recognized for their work and dedication in the classroom.
Lindsey Beth Atkins is a Kindergarten teacher, while Jessica Flood is a 5th grade Science teacher.
Kelly Hutchens was honored for her work as a high school Chemistry teacher.
With the recognized “Teachers of the Year” was school board chairman Cathy Waggoner and Director of Schools Wes Kennedy.
