Martin’s newest Alderman of Ward two, Dr. Kent Kelso, has got his boots on the ground in repairing not only Martin’s financial standing, but the trust between citizens and city government.
At Martin’s city board meeting Monday night, Dr. Kelso formally introduced his proposal plan, “Vision, Voices & Viability”.

Martin will hold a special called meeting Thursday at 5:15 at the Martin Police Department for the Board to vote on whether or not to enact the proposal.
