Greenfield is getting ready for baseball and softball season, and announced they will be holding their first tournament of the last three years this summer.
At this month’s City Board meeting, Director of Parks and Recreation, Kirk McCartney proposed a plan to get children incorporated in other sports.
Greenfield Mayor Cindy McAdams and the Aldermen spoke in support of his proposal.
Baseball sign up is currently open, with the season taking place from April 7th to May 29th.
