A section of roadway in Graves County was closed for about four hours Tuesday morning following a flatbed truck crash.
The Graves County Sheriff’s Office said a Cape Girardeau man was injured around 9:15, when the truck he was driving overturned on KY-330 South near Fancy Farm.
Sheriff’s reports said the delivery truck operated by 25-year-old Jakob Sharp was hauling a load of bagged herbicide on pallets.
The accident occurred when the truck dropped of the shoulder and over corrected, causing the vehicle to run off the opposite shoulder and strike two mailboxes and a stop sign.
Sharp was assisted by area residents and a motorist before being treated at a Paducah hospital.
Numerous bags of the herbicide were spilled on the roadway and in a yard at the intersection.
