The designer for the soon to be refurbished and expanded Capitol Theater is back in Union City.
Senad Agusi, of Sydney, Australia, is back overseeing the multi-million dollar project in the downtown area.
During a visit with Thunderbolt Broadcasting this week, Agusi was asked about the progress of the construction.(AUDIO)
Agusi also said it was exciting to know the theater will now be accessible to everyone.(AUDIO)
Although work continues on the project, Agusi said the finished product will be a showcase for the entire region.(AUDIO)
Indications are the new theater could open late this year or in early 2027.
