Renters some time have problems with trying to contact their landlord…. especially if the land-lord doesn’t live in the area.
Tennessee House Bill 15-01 may require landlords of more than 10 rental units to share their personal address and cellphone number with the local city government.
If not they could face a fine from the city of $50 a week if it goes without sharing their information.
The bill passed through the House last week with over 90% of the vote.
