A Union City firefighter was injured this morning after an explosion occurred during a single-wide trailer fire on Pierce Station Road.
At the scene, Union City Fire Chief Karl Ullrich told Thunderbolt News about incident.(AUDIO)
Chief Ullrich said the occupants of the trailer were not at home at the time of the fire.
Following the call, and injury at the scene, Chief Ullrich said multiple agencies were called to the assist.(AUDIO)
Chief Ullrich said Union City and South Fulton firefighters remained on the scene to assist the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations until their work was complete.
