Tonight the Weakley County Commission will vote on whether or not to begin construction on the Weakley County Chamber of Economic Development Office.
Weakley County Mayor Dale Hutcherson introduced the proposal in front of the Health Education Economic Development Committee this week.
Vice President of TLM Associates, Inc. and head architect on the project, Ginger French explained the construction plan.
CEO of the Weakley County Economic Development Board Justin Crice says that if approved, construction will begin immediately.
The project was unanimously approved by HEED and Finance Ways and Means. It now goes on to the Weakley County Commission meeting for final approval tonight at 5.
