Tennessee gasoline prices continue to rise at the pump.
Triple-A said gasoline prices rose an additional .31-cents on average over the past week.
The average state price is now at $3.34 a gallon, which is .82-cents higher that one month ago and .63 cents more than one year ago.
The price for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline in Union City is above the state average at $3.49 a gallon.
Triple-A spokeswoman Megan Cooper said continued uncertainty and volatility in the crude oil market is putting upward pressure on local prices.
Ms. Cooper said price increases ultimately depends on how long the conflict with Iran continues.
