Weakley County Mayor Dale Hutcherson delivered proclamations at this month’s Weakley County Commission meeting.
Amongst the first recipients was high school junior at Westview, Annabelle Lovell.
Mayor Hutcherson also recognized Humanitarian and this year’s Volunteer of the Year for the Tennessee Iris Festival, Angela Hall.
