
A man arrested in Jackson on severe child exploitation and rape charges is back in a Shelby County jail.
The Jackson Police Department apprehended 27 year old Isaiah Hayes on Friday.
The departments Major Crimes Unit was notified by the Memphis Police Department that Hayes was wanted in connection with the aggravated rape of a nine-month-old infant.
Using the Flock Safety technology, Jackson officers and the U.S. Marshals Service were able to arrest Hayes at the Lincoln Courts housing complex.
He faces charges in Memphis that includes aggravated rape of a child and especially aggravated solicitation of a minor.
