The Obion County Budget Committee received information on grants for the school system at this week’s meeting.
George Leake, the 6-thru-12 Supervisor of Instruction and CTE Director, talked about the Innovative School Grant.
Leake was asked about vocational training with the grant dollars.(AUDIO)
Leake was also asked if the school system expected a continuance of the grant funds in the future.(AUDIO)
Budget members voted unanimously to forward this and three other grants to the full county commission.
