In the past 24 years the Weakley County Chamber of Commerce has recognized 22 outstanding men and women that represent the culture of Weakley County. Thursday April 23rd the Chamber will recognize another outstanding representative of contributions and leadership.
During the years only two have passed away. They are businessman and farmer Wendell Alexander and the late Houston Patrick, a pastor and former county mayor.
C J “Junior” Moore of Dresden was the first to be recognized in 2002 and last year’s recipient was Randy Huffstetler of Greenfield.
Tickets to the event are $50 and are available through the Weakley County Chamber
