The City of Martin has a broken well that will cost over $61,000 to repair.
At Martin’s City Board Meeting Monday, Mayor David Belote added an emergency item to the agenda about a well that is broken.
He says that though it is concerning, the city does have three other wells in working condition.
Mayor Belote shared the price of the well repair with the board.
The board unanimously approved the quote to have the well repaired and cleaned.
