Kip Moore has announced his seventh studio album, Reason To Believe, set for release May 29th. Arriving not long after 2025’s Solitary Tracks, the project marks another step in Moore’s recent surge of new music following his move to a global partnership with Virgin Music Group.
Co-produced with Andrew DeRoberts, the album introduces a fresh sonic approach that leans into space and subtlety. It also includes contributions from songwriter Hillary Lindsey, who provides guest vocals and helped write one of the tracks. The lead single, “Levee,” offers a high-energy preview, blending driving guitars with Moore’s signature style. Check out the video: HERE.
Speaking about the project, Moore explained, “I felt like I was describing more of who I am as a human. This album is my daily thoughts. In here… It’s an ‘in here’ kind of thing.” That introspective tone carries throughout the record, which explores themes of loss, faith, and the passage of time. The album was shaped in part by personal grief, as Moore lost longtime mentor and collaborator Brett James during the recording process. The title itself comes from a song Moore previously wrote with Dan Couch and Scott Stepakoff—a track that held special meaning for James.
Fans can expect to hear the new material as Moore takes the album on the ‘Reason to Believe’ worldwide tour spanning North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and beyond. For details, head HERE.
