A federal judge sentenced Richard Sniezak, 21, to 60 months in prison for arson.
April 2024, Mr. Sniezak shattered several windows with a glass-breaking device at Wolf River Surgery Center and ignited a fire in one of the business’ offices.
A week later, he broke into another location and entered an office building, where he then ignited fires on the ground and second story floor.
He pled guilty to arson, and was sentenced to 60 months of federal imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release.
