Tennessee 8th District U.S. Congressman David Kustoff made stops in Obion County on Thursday.
Congressman Kustoff began his day at the Obion County Fair, where he spoke at the Farmers Harvest Breakfast.
During his address to those in attendance, Congressman Kustoff applauded the events featured speaker, U.S. Deputy Secretary of Agriculture Stephen Vaden.(AUDIO)
Vaden graduated at Union City High School in 2000 as Valedictorian, then earned degrees at Vanderbilt University and Yale Law School.
He was nominated for the Deputy Secretary of Agriculture position by President Trump in December of 2024, and confirmed in the United States Senate in June of this year.
