City of Dresden planning dog park

The City of Dresden is looking at adding a dog park for its two-legged and four-legged citizens to enjoy.

Mayor Jeff Washburn says the city has applied for a $25,000 dollar grant to construct a dog park at the end of Legens Street where it connects with American Park Drive.

Washubrn says the city has also applied for a Department of Tourism grant to add more lighting along the city’s walking trail.
