A large crowd of well-wishers made their way to City Hall in Union City on Thursday.
A retirement reception was held in honor of City Manager Kathy Dillon, who will leave the position after 16 years of service.
During a brief ceremony, Mayor Terry Hailey told those in attendance about the hiring of Ms. Dillon.(AUDIO)
Mayor Hailey said Ms. Dillon has been good for the employees and the residents of the city.(AUDIO)
Presentations were made to Ms. Dillon from the Union City Police Department and the City Council.
