A large drug bust was made Tuesday in Haywood County.

West Tennessee Drug Task Force agents in the 30th judicial district out of Memphis, conducted a traffic stop on a sprinter van on I-40.

During the stop, a narcotics K-9 Unit led to suspicion of the vehicle and a probable cause search.

Agents then seized over half-a-ton on marijuana, 46 pounds of the psychoactive drug Psilocybin and just over $45,500 in cash.

Evidence recovered from the vehicle indicated it was traveling from California, with drug delivery stops made along the way.

One person was taken into custody on charges of delivery of Schedule 1 and Schedule 6 drugs.
