The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Henry County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a suspected homicide following the discovery of a body Saturday.
Sheriff Josh Frey says hunters found the body of 31-year-old Kristiana Shook-Livingston on the edge of the parking lot at the Gin Creek WMA area on Cooper Springs Road in Henry County.
Miss Shook-Livingston’s last known address was listed as homeless in Murfreesboro.
The Henry County Medical Examiner stated that the preliminary cause of death is homicide and the case is being investigated as such.
The Murfreesboro Police Department is also assisting in the investigation.
