The Alamo Police Department is investigating an arson incident that occurred on Monday night at 180 North Johnson Street.
Authorities received a 911 call at 9:48 and responded to a vacant house engulfed in flames.
The Bells Fire Department, Friendship Fire Dept. Crockett County EMS, and Crockett County Sheriff’s Department also responded for aid.
At this time the incident is being treated as arson. The State Fire Marshal will be assisting in the investigation.
