The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated a two vehicle accident last Friday on KY-125 and State Line Road.
Sheriff’s reports said a 2015 Ford F250 truck, operated by 18 year old Preston Lannom of Union City, ran through a stop sign.
Lannom’s truck then struck a 2018 Ford F150 operated by 71 year old Jan Ray Baker of Phoenix, Arizona.
Reports said Lannom’s truck ran off the roadway and broke a power pole, with the intersection lights laying in the roadway.
Lannom refused transport by EMS, while Baker was transported to Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.
The section of roadway was blocked for a period of time following the accident.
