A McCracken County school employee was arrested on sex charges involving a female juvenile.
The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office, with the assistance of the McCracken County Schools Police Department, arrested 30 year old Julio Estrada.
The arrest came after a female juvenile reported Estrada had engaged in illegal sexual conduct with her one year ago.
During an investigation, detectives located evidence that corroborated the victim’s allegations.
Estrada was taken into custody at his Reidland residence, and was charged with four counts of third degree rape and one count of unlawful transaction with a minor.
Police say the investigation is still ongoing.
