
A Tennessee man was sentenced to over 4 years in prison for destroying evidence related to an officer involved shooting death.
33 year old Joshua Rogers was found to have aided Patric Ferguson, a Memphis police officer, with the kidnapping and fatal shooting of a man in 2021
Rogers assisted Ferguson as he purchased chains, padlocks, and cinderblocks from a store and affixed them around the victim’s body.
The pair then drove to the Wolf River in Memphis, where they disposed of the body.
Ferguson was sentenced to 38 years in prison on December 1st.
