On a follow up on the Lake County quadruple homicide suspect Austin Drummond…..three co-defendants were in an appearance in Madison County Court.
Dearrah Sanders, Eric Wise Jr, and Michell Ovelis were all charged with Accessory After the Fact for their suspected roles in assisting Drummond evade authorities.
Sanders pleaded guilty to charges of “accessory after the fact” and received a one year sentence of an offered plea deal
Wise Jr. plead guilty to charges of “accessory after the fact” and was given a one year sentence because of an offered plea deal.
Ovelis has a trial date is set for May 5th because no pleas deal was accepted. Court proceedings are continuing.
Drummond is charged with four counts of First Degree Murder in connection with the July 29, 2025 deaths of James Wilson, Adrianna Williams, Cortney Rose, and Braydon Williams in the Tiptonville area of Lake County.
