The Obion County Budget Committee discussed needed assistance with two dangerous intersections in the county.

County Commissioner Danny Jowers talked about the requests for TDOT at the intersection of 45-West and State Route 216.(AUDIO)
Commissioner Jowers said he had discussed the issue with Representatives Rusty Grills and Chris Hurt, along with Senator John Stevens.
Budget members voted unanimously to send the measure to the full commission for approval.
