Union City Council members heard of complaints being made about trash cans in the city.
Councilman Randy Barnes said he was requested by absent Councilman Katie Keathley to discuss the trash can issue.(AUDIO)
In the City of Union City, roll carts must be placed curbside by 6:00 in the morning on the designated collection day, and must be removed from the street after collection.
