U T Martin’s Jordan Sears led four Skyhawks in double figures scoring helped extend their winning streak three games after defeating Eastern Illinois 76-59 win on the road last night and improved to 13 and 9 and 6 and 3 in the OVC.
Sears tallied 25 points, six rebounds and five assists in 37 minutes of playing time
OVC player of the week Jacob Crews and Issa Muhammad made significant contributions.
UT Martin stays in Illinois for its next outing, traveling to SIUE Saturday with tipoff from at Edwardsville is set for 3:30 p.m.
