Channel six reports a physical altercation involving multiple people, left a 37 year old female injured.
Witnesses report 23-year-old Ayonce Townsley was holding an unknown object which she used to strike the victim near her eye.
The victim went to her local hospital and was later transferred out of state due to the severity of her injuries.
Ms. Townsley is booked into the McCracken County Jail on the charge of second degree assault.
