The Obion County Public Library was the recipient of grant funds on Friday.
Secretary of State Tre Hargett was in Union City to present a check for $22,500 for expansion of the Teacher Resource Center.
Secretary Hargett told those in attendance about his association with Union City.(AUDIO)
