Dresden High School could be receiving a “track” in the near future.
At April’s Weakley County School Board Meeting, the board unanimously approved the Dresden Track Program to begin fundraising for an athletic track at Dresden High School.
A representative for the Dresden track team, Ms. Christina Oliver, spoke to the board about track funding.
Ms. Oliver shares the need for the Dresden track.
Regarding the projected cost…
The board will now work alongside Ms. Oliver to put together a fundraising committee.
