Fulton County School District Names New High School Principal

The Fulton County School District has announced their new high school principal.

Ms. Chris Roberts has been selected to the position beginning the 2026-27 school year.

Ms. Roberts has 25 years of secondary of education teaching experience.

Her career includes 14 years at Fulton Independent High School, and 11 years at Fulton County High School.

The past two years, Ms. Roberts has served on the District Instructional Leadership Team.

She graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a Bachelor of Science in Education with emphasis in Secondary English, and a Master’s of Science in Education with an emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction.

Ms. Roberts is now earning a Master of Arts in Education Administration at Murray State.
