Murray State Athletics has announced a transformational anonymous donation to benefit athletic programs.
The university said a two-million dollar gift was received from a generous family of Racer supporters this week.
The gift counts towards the “Leading The Pack” campaign, which has a goal of $100 million dollars to support world class facilities, revenue sharing and student athlete success.
Over the last two years, Murray State has raised a school-record $40 million dollars in support of new facilities, initiatives and championship resources.
That total was made possible by fourteen, seven-figure gifts, which also amounts to the most in department history.
