Opening ceremonies were held at the Obion County Fair on Monday night.
During the ceremonies, the late Tammy Sparks, of Union City, was placed into Fair Hall of Fame.
Mrs. Sparks served many years as a member on the Fair Board, and was a big part of the annual pageants and other events.
