
It’s been a tradition since 1979 in Dresden when it was first called the “Easter Parade” and later would become the Iris Festival.
This Thursday begins the Tennessee Iris Festival with the Horticulture Show Friday morning from 8 til 9:30 at Dresden City Hall.
Music On The Square begins at 6 with food trucks and a car cruise.
And the Grand Parade begins at 7 at the First Baptist Church continuing down Morrow Street and concluding at Church Street.
Food trucks, a car cruise with entertainment from Houston Kelly on the County Square.
In the event it rains Friday evening other activities will be in the Dresden Elementary School.
