The Tennessee Supreme Court has sidelined Division One Madison County General Session Judge Mark Patey for not fulfilling his duties in a timely manner.
Channel 7 reports the order states Judge Patey has abandoned his duty to hold regular, prompt dockets and decide cases on time.

Those Judges are Donald Allen, Kyle Atkins, Joseph Howell, and Roy Morgan will serve until August 31.
